PROJECT DESCRIPTION
For this project, I had the exciting opportunity to design the album cover, single artwork, and back cover for the rock band Brother Thunder. The band envisioned their personas as an alien rock band traversing the cosmos, blending music and interstellar adventure. They wanted the artwork to reflect their vibrant energy and soul, capturing the essence of a 1970s comic book style. Each band member was uniquely represented as an alien, complete with distinct characteristics, instruments, and outfits, highlighting their individuality within the group. The front cover and single artwork brought their concept to life, showcasing their retrofuturistic spaceship and cosmic vibes. The back cover featured their spacecraft drifting through deep space, with key album details cleverly integrated into the design. The creative process involved Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Procreate, allowing me to layer psychedelic patterns, bold linework, and dramatic shading typical of 1970s comic art. The outputs were carefully optimized for both online use and print, ensuring the designs would translate seamlessly across platforms. This project was a unique blend of music, sci-fi, and art, resulting in a cohesive visual narrative that encapsulates Brother Thunder’s cosmic funk-rock identity.

For this project I lead the branding and design efforts for Sisterhood Nail Society, a boutique nail salon. My role encompassed creating a cohesive visual identity, designing their storefront, and building an engaging online presence. Starting with the logo, I crafted a vibrant, retro-inspired design that reflects the salon’s playful yet sophisticated vibe. This branding was carried over to business cards, advertisement imagery, and the website, ensuring a seamless and memorable aesthetic across all touchpoints. For the storefront, I developed a bold design featuring hand-lettered graphics and painted the windows using enamel paints, combining craftsmanship and artistry to create a welcoming exterior. I also designed and built the salon’s website, creating a user-friendly experience that highlights their services, integrates a booking system, and features custom photography I captured to showcase the space. Tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign were integral to bringing this project to life. This comprehensive project allowed me to blend graphic design, traditional painting, and digital media to create a unique brand presence that resonates with customers and reflects the salon’s ethos.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I was honored to collaborate with Bungie to custom design and paint their iconic “Ghost” character for the worldwide traveling art show commemorating the 10-year anniversary of their Destiny game franchise. This project was a unique opportunity to merge my artistic expertise with one of the most celebrated gaming franchises. Working closely with the Bungie team, I created several design mockups using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, ensuring the aesthetic aligned with Destiny’s rich, futuristic lore. The designs featured intricate patterns and vibrant colors, aimed at reflecting the game’s iconic style while adding a personalized touch. After Bungie selected their preferred concept, I brought the design to life by meticulously hand-painting the Ghost sculpture using durable acrylic polyurethane-based paints. To help Bungie visualize the designs in context, I integrated the mockups into gameplay screenshots, demonstrating how the custom Ghost would appear in the game world. The final design features a striking blue marbled pattern, gold accents, and a celestial core, embodying the game’s themes of exploration and cosmic mystery. This piece was displayed as part of Bungie’s traveling art show, a global celebration of Destiny’s legacy, showcasing the collaborative effort and creativity that define the franchise’s
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
During my time at Tesla, I was entrusted with a variety of creative projects that blended graphic design and hands-on artistry. Each project began with a digital design phase, ensuring alignment with Tesla’s brand and objectives, before moving into physical production. Unfortunately, the original digital files were unavailable upon my departure, but the work remains a testament to my skills and adaptability. Key projects included designing and painting custom artwork, such as a 22kt gold-painted hardhat and a commemorative Texas-themed hood for the CEO. I also created dynamic designs for T-shirts, hats, and posters that celebrated Tesla’s milestones and culture. Beyond physical artwork, I developed employee recognition video templates, 3D models, and animations for e-learning initiatives to support Tesla’s innovative training programs. Each project required a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a seamless integration of digital and traditional techniques. Whether creating impactful designs to enhance team morale or crafting unique visuals for branding purposes, I consistently delivered results that resonated with Tesla’s forward-thinking ethos. These experiences not only strengthened my artistic abilities but also underscored the importance of collaboration and creativity in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
I had the privilege of participating in the Austin Parks and Recreation Summer Camp “Creature Project,” where professional artists were invited to reimagine creatures drawn by children. My role was to take the children’s imaginative drawings and bring them to life with vibrant, professional-level illustrations. Using Procreate and Adobe Illustrator, I carefully reimagined their creations while staying true to their original vision and creativity. For each piece, I enhanced the details, added playful backgrounds, and incorporated additional elements to make the characters pop. The goal was to create something that not only celebrated the children’s ideas but also encouraged their artistic growth and confidence. In addition to the illustrations, I created personalized videos for each child. In these videos, I introduced myself, showed the final reimagined artwork, and shared words of encouragement to inspire them to keep exploring their creativity through art. This added a personal touch to the project, allowing the kids to feel seen and valued as young artists. This project was an incredible opportunity to connect with budding creatives, highlight the importance of imagination, and give back to the community through art. It was both rewarding and inspiring to contribute to such a meaningful initiative.
